Avec plus de 4 500 personnes, le pôle Services réunit des métiers complémentaires et interactifs tant sur le plan commercial que technique. Quatre d'entre eux - Assurances, Cautions et garanties financières, Crédit à la consommation, Ingénierie sociale - se concentrent dans la conception de produits commercialisés notamment par des réseaux de distribution auprès de leurs propres clientèles. Deux autres métiers - Paiements et Titres - complètent le dispositif de traitement des flux de paiements et des opérations d'instruments financiers. Le pôle développe ses prestations spécifiquement en fonction de chaque typologie de clientèle (particuliers, professionnels, entreprises et institutionnels). La mutualisation et l'industrialisation des systèmes et des traitements permettent de proposer aux réseaux de distribution des offres performantes et compétitives.
Acteur majeur en France dans ces activités, Natixis privilégie des systèmes intégrés et ouverts afin de répondre aux attentes du marché européen.

Services
Our Services division employs more than 4,500 staff and houses a number of commercially and technically interacting businesses. Four of these businesses - Insurance, Sureties and Financial Guarantees, Consumer Finance and Employee Benefits Planning - focus on designing products that are marketed through distribution networks. Two other businesses - Payments and Securities Services - round out the payment and transaction processing mechanism. The Services division concentrates on developing solutions tailored to specific client types (i.e. retail, professional, corporate and institutional). Systems and processing are industrialized and pooled so as to provide efficient and competitive solutions for the distribution networks.
As a major player in France, Natixis focuses on integrated and open systems that respond to the needs of the European market.
