Impalloy is one of the world's foremost suppliers of anodes for offshore structures, subsea pipelines, ports & harbours, jetties, offshore wind farms, ships and small boats. Our long track record means that we can supply anodes from our extensive catalogue of designs, for all types of marine structures.
Impalloy's technology can be found throughout the world including the North & Norwegian Seas, the Baltic & Mediterranean Seas, Gulf of Mexico, West African Coast, Indian Ocean and Australian Pacific Region. We have served these regions by consistently supplying to Major Customers from all of our market sectors.
Our experienced team can design or advise on corrosion protection systems for new installations, retrofit or life extensions. Our design service helps customers protect their vital capital assets, by minimising costs, improving installation, and providing security in supply. We have designs for Pipelines, Platforms, Jackets, Retrofit Sleds, Jetty Tubular and Sheet Piles, Vessel, Hull, Propeller and Ballast tanks.
Our new fabrication shop means that we can quickly and economically build moulds, sleds and anode mounting systems. We have facilities for pipe bending up to Schedule 120 tube in 12 metre lengths, Welding, Press braking and Plate rolling to 40mm This facility allows us to be highly responsive to customer needs and evolving designs. We now have seamless integration of Anode casting and steelwork fabrication.
Our foundry is one of the largest in Europe. We have the capacity to cast anodes up to 1200Kg, and a furnace capacity of 70 tonnes per day. This allows us to tackle the largest jobs with short lead times and with greater consistency, whilst retaining the production flexibility to fast track smaller critical anode requirements.
We operate to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 & BS EN ISO 14001: 2004 with total commitment of management and workforce. We monitor production of anodes, and maintain full traceability of all materials. Our laboratory measures product composition and performance. In this way we ensure we exceed the exacting high standards of the offshore industry where design lifetimes are measure in decades.
